Description
Advocacy for All are contracted by Bromley Council to deliver the statutory independent advocacy service function. The Advocacy contract provides statutory advocacy services for both adult and children's services. The aim of the single point of access Advocacy Service is to provide a seamless, accessible service, where different forms of Advocacy are delivered in a holistic way centred on the Service Users needs and requirements as follows: Care Act Advocacy, Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), General Mental Health Advocacy (CMHA), Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (IHCA), Learning Disabilities Advocacy, Children and Young Persons Advocacy (CYP), Relevant Person Representative Advocacy (DoLS), Rule 1.2 Representative Advocacy (COMDoLS). We also do Group Advocacy for young people aged 14-19 who have a Learning Disability and/or Autism or Asperger's Syndrome. An Advocate helps them to make their own choices and ensures their views and wishes are heard. We can help Young People with issues such as Transition, Education, Housing, or Support.
