We've found a problem with the packaging of a small number of these products. The glass jar could break when you unscrew the lid, putting you at risk of injury.
Our customers' safety is very important to us, so we're asking customers to return these products.
Please don't try to unscrew the lid, even if you have used the wax before. If you take the jar to your nearest Boots store, we'll give you a refund.
If you have bought this product for someone else, can you please let them know about this as soon as possible.
