Early Learning Centre (ELC) PRODUCT RECALL NOTICE August 2004 ELC Knick Knack Knobs Product Reference: 102820 |

Early Learning Centre has recently been alerted to a potential manufacturing error that affects Knick Knack Knobs sold since July 2003 in ELC, Boots and Sainsburys.
In a small number of cases, the battery compartment cover may become detached, releasing small parts.
The safety of our customers is extremely important to us, so we have decided to recall this toy. We believe that any risk to our customers is unacceptable and would therefore ask that you stop using this toy immediately.
If you have purchased a Knick Knack Knobs, please return it to your nearest store for a full refund. Alternatively, please call ELC Customer Services department on 01793 443322 to arrange a returns label and refund.
If the Knick Knack Knobs was purchased as a gift, please advise the recipient of this recall.
Early Learning Centre apologises for any inconvenience or disappointment caused, but we do believe this precaution to be in the best interests of all our customers.
