Our continuous quality process has found that under certain circumstances there is a strangulation hazard relating to the cord in the hood. As we take the safety of your children very seriously, we are doing everything we can to rectify this. Should you not wish to return your purchase please remove the cord to make the item safe for your child.
We remain committed to the highest levels of product quality and safety, and apologise and regret the inconvenience this will cause.
What You Should Do
Remove the cord immediately or return the item to your nearest Poundland store as soon as possible.
