The following notice has been issued by the distributor:
Article No S4050 Springhill Pure Spring Water in 500ml plastic bottles – use by date 15 August 2011.
As a precautionary measure, the distributor, Lynas Food Service Ltd, Coleraine, Northern Ireland is recalling one batch of Spring Hill Pure Spring Water due to the presence of E. coli (1 cfu/250 ml). Retailers and caterers have been requested to remove the implicated batch from sale and display a point-of-sale notice informing customers of the recall. No action is required by official agencies.
