MY FIRST BAKING KIT
MY FIRST BAKING MIX (CONTAINING MILKYBAR BUTTONS):
Best Before End Date Oct 2011, Nov 2011
NO OTHER JANE ASHER BAKING MIXES ARE AFFECTED
Further to Nestlé UK Ltd recalling some batches of MILKYBAR BUTTONS, Victoria Foods are recalling My First Baking Kit with the Best Before Dates as listed above. This action is being taken as a precautionary measure as it has come to our attention that a very small number of packs of MILKYBAR BUTTONS contained within the carton could contain small pieces of rubber. There is no safety risk from the cake mix or the MILKYBAR BUTTONS themselves, therefore if these products have already been consumed there is no cause for concern.
The Best Before Date can be found on the top of the cartons.
Any consumers who have purchased My First Baking Mix with the Best Before Dates listed above are advised not to eat the MILKYBAR BUTTONS contained within the carton. Nestlé recommends that the MILKYBAR BUTTONS are disposed of. The rest of the items contained within the cartons are not affected. These are manufactured in a separate factory to the usual high quality standards.
