B&Q has identified a potential safety issue with the 3 Pin USB Power Adapter (barcode: 5060023963923) purchased between August and October 2013.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY THE PRODUCT PICTURED ABOVE IS AT RISK. ALL OTHER CORELECTRICS PRODUCTS SOLD BY B&Q ARE UNAFFECTED.
Threesixty Innovation Ltf have identified a component defect within the production of its USB Power Adapter manufactured in August 2013.
Failure of this component causes a risk of reduced electrical insulation when in use, resulting in a potential electric shock and fire hazard.
If you have purchased one of these products between August and October 2013, then PLEASE STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY and return it to your local store where a full purchase price refund will be given.
