Next wants to make customers aware that certain batches of these kettles are being recalled, due to the possibility that the handle could become loose and detach from the unit. This recall only applies to the following batch codes:

The batch code is a set of numbers detailed on labels fitted to the kettle in the following two places – as shown below.
If your kettle is from one of these batches, we recommend that you stop using the product immediately and contact us. Please call us on 0333 777 8185 to arrange a collection, or return it to your local store. If you have given any of these items as a gift, please ask the recipient to contact Next.
