The following notice has been issued by the retailer / manufacturer:
We have been made aware that there may be a compromise to the quality of the above product which could cause electric shock as a result of variations to the hand manufactured process implemented in the factory. We take the risk of electrocution very seriously and as a precaution we are urging anyone who purchased one of the above lamps from our stall at the Upmarket in Stratford Upon Avon between September 2018 and December 2018 to return the product to us to complete an exchange where appropriate or a refund.
