Defect
If a weight is dropped on the 'bridge shaped' parts of the toy it may cause them to break into smaller pieces which are too small for a child under 36 months.
Hazard
The product may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for young children, which can lead to severe injury or death.
What to do
Consumers should dispose of the product or return it and contact the place of purchase for a refund or store credit.
