This product was sold through retail outlets between December 2020 and March 2021. It was imported and distributed by ZyroFisher who are the record of importer. Contact details can be found at the bottom of this recall notice.
Reason for recall
At low temperatures and under extreme load - for example, when jumping off a kerb - the electric front brake can be triggered unintentionally. This could cause the front wheel to lock while riding. The electric scooter THE-URBAN xC1 must therefore not be used any further until further notice. There is a risk of injury!
Action required
- stop riding The-Urban xC1 Scooter immediately
- return it to the original point of purchase
