Hazard
The product has been identified as presenting a serious risk of injuries as the product is inherently unstable under testing, and can accelerate to speeds of 40 mph, at which speed the product becomes unsteady and jumpy. The rider made easily fall of the product and sustain injuries as a result.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
