Wood beaded rattle toy with a blue ribbon on each end

The product has been identified as presenting a high risk of choking as the small wooden ring broke on abuse test and produced small parts which fit into a small parts cylinder. A young infant could place these parts in their mouth and choke. The item is also not labelled with manufacturer or importer details and lacks relevant markings.
