Product description
Three-step step ladder with black fixings, supplied in brown cardboard packaging.
Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the ladder does not meet the minimum functional dimensional sizes and is can deform under less pressure than the minimum permissible. The ladder also buckled before the full test load was applied. This could cause the user to fall from a height and injure themselves.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005 or the relevant standard.
Corrective action
The product has been destroyed at the border.
