Set containing a plastic plate with diameter 210 mm with attached triangle cheese shaped plastic. Accompanied by five wooden cylindrical figures with mouse face prints, leather rods coating ears and metal insert and wooden base stand.
Hazard
The product presents a risk of choking as small parts (the leather ears) can be easily detached when the product is used. A young child may place the small part in their mouth and the parents / carers may not notice in time, with the small part able to block a child's airways. The product also requires improvements to labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
OPSS are requiring the recall of the product from end users. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish).
