Printed wooden board approximately 290 mm x 210 mm accompanied by cut out printed cards of different vehicles with flexible magnetic backing
Hazard
The product presents a risk of choking as the magnetic puzzle pieces constitute small parts as received. A young child may place the small part (the battery) in their mouth and the parents / carers may not notice in time, with the small part able to block a child's airways and cause internal damage. The product also requires improvements to labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
OPSS is requiring the withdrawal of the product from the market. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish).
