Product description
Wooden button hanging dump clip with attached wooden cloud shape and yarn covered balls on cord. Supplied with mesh storage bag.
Hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as small parts (crochet hard balls on string) can be easily detached or produced when the product is used. A young child may place the small part in their mouth and the parents / carers may not notice in time, with the small part able to block a child's airways.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
OPSS is requiring the recall of the product from end users.
