The product poses a serious risk of choking as when tested the toy's filling can be easily accessed via zip on underside of toy and the accessible filling could be ingested by young children leading to asphyxiation / suffocation. Furthermore, the product does not comply with the labelling requirements of the relevant standard.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
Withdrawal of the product from the market.
