Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of asphyxiation because the plastic bag that accompanies it does not comply with the essential safety requirements. If left unattended, a young child could place the bag over their head and be unable to remove it, leading to asphyxiation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
