The product presents a risk of injuries as the packaging states that the weight limit for the product is 150 kg, which is 50 kg more than the maximum permissible weight limit in the relevant Standard (BS EN 13899). If a person weighing over 100 kg used the skates, they could break, leading to injuries.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
