The High Court today heard an application by the council to extend an interim injunction order preventing the occupation of the council’s open spaces.
The council’s application was partially successful in that the injunction was extended to prevent unlawful deposit of waste, however, the requirement restraining the occupation of the council’s open spaces by caravans was discharged.
