We commissioned a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) to inform preparation of the Local Plan, the SFRA report focuses upon the identification of sources of flooding, providing an assessment of the level of flooding associated with identified areas and outlining the constraints of flooding on future development proposals.
