We have records of burial and grave details going back to the opening of its first cemetery in 1877. We do not hold the details of burials in churchyards or cremations.
To help us locate the details you will need to tell us the full name of the person you are searching for and the month and year of death and if possible the cemetery. If you don't have these details we may not be able to undertake the search.
We occasionally receive requests to 'exhume' bodies from our cemeteries and can help guide people through the legal process of an exhumation and advise on the costs
