Letters have been delivered to residents in the consultation area to outline the councils proposal to introduce permit parking in the consulted area. If most respondents favour controls, the area will form part of an existing parking permit "W" extension. The operational hours for the parking permit area will be Monday to Friday, 12 noon till 2pm.
Resident permits would cost £80 (per annum), Visitor Permits would cost £45 (per book of 15).
We will also hold two public exhibitions at the Southborough Library, Southborough Lane where residents can walk in and speak to officers about the proposals on:
- Wednesday 18 October 2.30pm to 5.30pm
- Saturday 28 October 2pm to 5pm
