Our ongoing rigorous safety checks have identified that on a small number of seats there is the possibility that the harness tensioning lock screw may come loose.

Only the UK models with the following date codes are affected:
120309, 120815, 121022, 121218, 121219
As a precautionary measure, affected customers should stop using this item and return it to their retailer for an exchange or refund.
