We have recently become aware of a potential issue with the above product. We have identified that certain components used in the assembly of the converter have failed the relevant European Standard. Although we believe the likelihood is small, this may present a risk to users of the product. As a precautionary measure we are therefore advising customers that may have purchased products with this barcode to stop using the product immediately and return the product to store for a full refund.
Nothing matters more to us than our customers' safety - so if you've purchased this product from us, please return it to any of our stores for a full refund of the purchase price.
