As the football season draws to a close, the club that bears our borough’s name, are involved in a ‘must win’ game as many of you will know.

At lunchtime tomorrow at Hayes Lane in the final game of the routine National League season,  Bromley welcome Notts County with a potential play-off place to the Football League up for grabs, if Bromley are able to win, so the thoughts and best wishes of all sports minded Bromley people and many, many more besides are firmly with them.

In wishing Andy Woodman and the team every success tomorrow, Councillor Colin Smith, Leader of Bromley Council said “I know I speak for many thousands of other followers when I say that win, draw or lose tomorrow, we are already extremely proud of what you, and not to forget Neil either of course, have achieved this season”

Making the playoffs would be a fantastic achievement and who know what might happen from there if we can.

Time to dare to dream as the saying goes and the borough’s very best thoughts are with you.
