Following the success of the initial pilot scheme, local businesses and entrepreneurs are being invited to apply for a new Test trading Market Stall scheme, which is being delivered by Opportunity Bromley in partnership with Bromley Council, Start Up Bromley and Your Bromley BID.
Successful applicants will share a single stall at the Bromley Charter Market and trade for a longer period of between 2 to 4 consecutive weeks.
The market takes place 3 days a week (Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays) from 9am to 5pm. Each business in the new scheme will trade for between 2 and 4 consecutive weeks with another trader on a single market stall for each of these 3 days during the week, commencing from Thursday, 29 October 2026.
Please note, the total cost of the Market single stall for each trader over a two-week trading period will be £198 and this will rise to £396 overall for the four-week trading period available, as explained in the guidance note.
