Vehicle removal application and payment for caravan, trailer, lorry or coach

You can use this form to make an application to collect and dispose of your caravan, trailer or lorry.

Please note you will also need to provide the hardcopy of the vehicle’s Vehicle Registration Document (V5C) to complete the application.
