Following the home visit and the outcome of the DBS checks, we want and need to formally welcome your Ukrainian guests, when they have also arrived. You can book this welcome appointment online. Welcome Visits will only take place once all checks have come back as satisfactory and your Ukrainian guests have arrived at your accommodation.
You will have received an email asking you to book a Welcome Visit - please do not use this form to book a Welcome Visit unless you have received an e-mail advising you to do so.
If you need a translator present at the Welcome Visit please be aware that we require sufficient notice to put arrangements in place and this may mean that only later appointments may be available.
