The Max card is a discount card for families of children with disabilities. It can help you save money on great days out at castles, zoos, bowling alleys and more.

How to get a Max card

To get a Max card you need to register your child or young person on the Children's Disability Register.

Your child or young person needs to:

  • live in Bromley
  • be aged from 0 to 25 years
  • have an Education, Health and Care (EHC)
  • a Funded Inclusion Plan (FIP)
  • receive Disability Living Allowance (DLA) – if aged under 16 years, or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) – if aged under 16 years
  • have a complex and enduring disability/medical condition that impacts on their daily life.

If your child or young person is eligible we will offer you a card automatically when you register. If you live outside of Bromley or your child is not disabled, you cannot get a Max card from us.

To apply, register on the Children's Disability Register

During the application process you will be asked to provide evidence that your child or young person meets the eligibility criteria shown above. Please have this evidence ready before starting your application.
