Free Dr Bike sessions in Bromley

Our free Dr Bike sessions run from spring through to the end of autumn in Norman Park, helping you keep your bicycle safe and roadworthy. Skilled helpful mechanics will check your bike, make minor adjustments, and advise on any repairs needed, all at no cost to you. While the service is free, if you’d like to support us, small donations are always welcome and go towards running more sessions for the community.

Here’s what some of our satisfied cyclists have said:

"Just had a fantastic bike MOT in Norman Park Bromley for two children’s bikes. It was so educational and motivational for my children. The lady talked through why you should start on the right foot so you are leaning away from traffic and why you should wear reflectors on right leg, so cars see you. We had breaks checked, tyres pumped up, helmets adjusted, seats heights adjusted. The kids loved it, made them feel very grown up. 10/10 experience for the community. This is the type of thing to encourage people to cycle more and save the environment. Great community spirit."

"Me and my Nan went to bike Bromley to get her bike fixed; they were brilliant as well as helping her ride the bike as well. Lovely people who was so kind to help us! Thank You!"

"Came down to Dr Bike today to have my daughter’s bike looked at. Really great service keeping bikes safe, and a great thing for the community. People are really nice too. Keep it going!"
