Built in 1879, possibly by Berney and Sons who also designed the Star and Garter in the High Street, for the brewers Nalder and Collyer
History
Visual references to the brewers can be seen in plaster motifs and terracotta panels.

It stands opposite Bromley North Station, with its branch line to Grove Park, which opened on New Years Day 1878.
