- We offer both short-term (up to 36 weeks) and long-term therapy (up to 52 weeks), depending on your individual needs and goals. Our sessions are held weekly and can take place either in person at our Bromley location or online via Zoom. Our team includes qualified therapists and counsellors working toward accreditation. All team members are professionally supervised and trained to deliver a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs. To get started please click on the Start Counselling link on our website to book an initial consultation: There will be a one-time fee to pay. You will then be allocated to a counsellor, which after your consultation, can take 2 weeks. Details of fees are on the website.
