- Description
-
Bromley Changes works with children and young people aged 5 to 18, offering support at any stage of their substance use, from early concerns through to more established behaviours. We provide confidential, 1 to 1 support tailored to each young persons needs, helping them explore their choices, build resilience, and make positive changes.
Alongside individual support, Bromley Changes delivers workshops and school assemblies to raise awareness around substance use, risk, and wellbeing. We also offer training and guidance for professionals, equipping those who work with young people with the knowledge and confidence to identify concerns and provide early, effective support. - Contact name
