- Established over twelve years ago by Chief instructor Tom Tennick over 25 years teaching experience Bromley coach LYG 2004 to 2008. The Bromley , Beckenham, Orpington, Lewisham Lee, Downham, Mottingham Shotokan Karate Clubs practice authentic Shotokan style karate. Karate can be practiced by men, women and children. The students range from very young to senior citizens. Anyone who is in reasonable health can train at karate. Karate students will improve their health, self-awareness, self-confidence and self - esteem.
