Description
KAB administers the register of children and adults who are Sight Impaired and Severely Sight Impaired, on behalf of LBB. KAB provides a rehabilitation service for sight impaired adults which enables people to be as independent as possible. This service encompasses assessment, provision of information and equipment and training in mobility and daily living skills. Additional services include technology support, counselling, social groups and befriending. KAB also provides support to carers and professionals via a range of sensory impairment awareness training.
