- Shelter has been a voice for the homeless since 1966 and believes that everyone should have a home. Our current goal for is to help more people in housing need than ever before. We also have a dedicated London Advice Helpline who can be contacted on 0344 515 1540, 9am-12:30pm and 2:30-6pm Monday to Friday, and weekends 10am to 12 noon. You can also contact them to arrange an appointment for advice in person at one of our London advice sessions on 0344 515 2222.
