- Mindful Mums helps pregnant women and new mums in the London Borough of Bromley to look after themselves during what can be a challenging period of their lives. Mindful Mums are free groups for women to learn how to stay resilient and emotionally well, develop confidence and social connections during pregnancy and in the first year of birth. Creche facilities are available on a first come, first serve basis for babies and children from 3 months to 5 years old. Creche places need to be booked before the group date. Young babies can be brought into sessions with support from a Support Worker available. Please see website for contact form and details of session dates and venues
