Name
Biggin Hill Society
Description
Established in 1997 for the purpose of stimulating interest in the character and history of the village of Biggin Hill and the surrounding area. The society also encourages interest in art, literature and music, particularly that originated by local residents. It holds twelve monthly meetings a year hosting talks on topics of interest to local residents. In addition to our published programme we also hold ad hoc social events, and occasional outings by coach. All meetings are held at 8pm on the first Thursday of each month. Non members are always welcome, and hot drinks are available before and throughout the meetings. Our current year's programme of talks and other information can be found on our website at www.thebigginhillsociety.talktalk.net
