Lost or damaged freedom passes
If you lose or damage your freedom pass please contact the London Councils freedom pass call centre on 0300 330 1433 (these lines are open between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday) or email info@freedompass.org.
You will need to provide
- your name and address
- your date of birth
- your daytime telephone number
- whether the pass is lost, stolen or faulty
London Councils will endeavour to deal with your message as soon as they can.
If your pass has been lost or stolen, you will be asked for further details as to how and when it was lost or stolen, as well as asked to verify your name and address details.
If your pass is faulty, you will be asked when and where the fault occurred, as well as the nature of the fault. You may be asked to try the pass on a different card reader at a different location, to see if the fault persists.
The call centre aim to send out replacement passes within 10 days, to your home address.
Please note that if several passes have been lost, you may be required to attend an interview to discuss the matter further.
