Bromley 0 to 19 Public Health Service recommissioning survey
Bromley Council is in the process of re-commissioning the Bromley 0 to 19 Public Health Service and wants to hear from families who have used, or may use, the service. By sharing your views and experiences, you can help us understand what matters most to local families and shape a service that meets the needs of Bromley’s children and young people now and in the future.
This service aims to support the positive health, wellbeing and development of children and young people. We want to ensure that children and young people have the best start in life and are protected from harm, have good physical and emotional health, and are supported to develop, achieve and be ready for school.
The Bromley 0 to 19 Service is delivered by Bromley Healthcare, providing screening, information, advice, and support for parents across all areas of early health and development, including infant feeding, healthy lifestyles, immunisations, parental mental health, communication and language development, and getting ready for school.
We are seeking your views and experiences to help shape the future of the Bromley 0 to 19 Service.
All information collected will be confidential and anonymous. Your response will not make an impact on the care you may currently receive.
