Application fees
The HMO licence fees cover the cost of administration and inspection. The fee is calculated based on the number of units available to let.
The fee is split into two parts, Part 1 licence administration fee and Part 2 licensing fee.
Part 1 of the fee is due at the time of submitting an application.
Part 2 of the fee is payable at the decision to grant a licence stage, you will receive a request to make this payment before the licence is granted.
A licence cannot be issued until the Part 2 fee has been paid.
