We previously recalled this product in March 2003 due to concerns about a quality problem.
We have now discovered a quality problem with the new walking stick that we've been selling since June 2003. This problem could cause it to break during use.
We are now recalling all the Boots Adjustable Crook Handled Walking Sticks that we've ever sold.
If you have one, please return it to your nearest Boots store for a full refund, or alternative walking stick. If you know someone else who has one, please ask them to return it to us.
