PRODUCT RECALL
Atta Flour
A small number of Elephant, Fassal and Goldcrest flour products produced by Rank Hovis are being recalled due to potential metal contamination. Only the following flour products and pack sizes are affected.
| Elephant Atta White | 10Kg and 25Kg |
| Elephant Atta Brown | 25Kg |
| Elephant Atta Med H | 10Kg, 12.5Kg and 25Kg |
| Elephant Atta Wholemeal | 10Kg and 25Kg |
| Fassal Chapatti Light | 25Kg |
| Goldcrest SP | 16Kg |
The specific packs affected can be identified by using information which is contained within the lot coding which is printed on each bag. Bags that are affected can be identified as follows-
ONLY
packs displaying lot codes ending with the letter H
AND
starting with the first three digits 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 030 or 031 are affected
NO OTHER RANK HOVIS PRODUCTS OR CODES ARE AFFECTED
What you should do
If you have purchased a flour product as listed above check its bag code against the criteria set out. If you identify that the product is from the affected production period please do not consume the product. Please dispose of the product to waste, retaining the product packaging. Please contact our customer service team (contact details below) for reimbursement.
