Recall of Country Life Spreadable
250g and 500g tubs with Best Before Dates of 20 and 21 December 2008
Dairy Crest has identified that a limited number of packs of Country Life Spreadable may contain pieces of white rubber.
As a result Dairy Crest is recalling the following products:
Country Life Spreadable 250g
Best Before 20 December 2008
Country Life Spreadable 500g
Best Before 20 December 2008
Country Life Spreadable 250g
Best Before 21 December 2008
Country Life Spreadable 500g
Best Before 21 December 2008
No other Country Life products or other products made by Dairy Crest are affected.
Although we believe only a very small proportion of one day's production of Country Life Spreadable has been affected, we have decided to withdraw all Country Life Spreadable made on that day and the day after.
We advise that anyone who has purchased Country Life Spreadable with these best before dates should not consume it and should contact our consumer care team:
