We understand that in a small number of cases this toothpaste you may have brought from us doesn't meet the high standards of quality expected.
We don't believe this poses a health risk to our customers but because the safety and wellbeing of our customers is very important to us we're asking that you return this product to us. Please do not continue to use this product. This only relates to purchases made on 4 and 5 December 2008 and no other product is affected by this recall.
If you've bought this product for someone else would you please let them know about this as soon as possible.
