Dunelm has identified a potential safety issue where the centre disk may come off leaving access to the fan blades which could lead to personal injury.
We have therefore issued a recall notice on the:

These products were sold in the UK through Dunelm stores and www.dunelm.com from February 2015 to present.
No other products are affected by this recall notice.
