Product was sold at kikki.K stores in Australia (including David Jones and Myer concession stores), New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK (including Fenwick Bond Street, Harrods, John Lewis, Selfridges) and www.kikki-k.com from 3 April 2016 to 24 March 2017.
Defect
When alight and burnt to its base, the candle's glass encasing may overheat and shatter.
Hazard
The defect may pose a risk of injury from broken glass or naked flame.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the candle and return it to any kikki.K store where a full refund for the entire product will be issued. If a consumer would prefer to return the candle via post or courier service, please contact kikki.K on the details below so this can be arranged free of charge.
