The following notice appears on the Early Learning Centre website:

Following recent feedback, we are issuing a voluntary safety notice for:

We are asking customers to check their products because we have identified a rare number of cases where passenger heads are loose.

What you need to do:

  1. check the batch code on the base of the box or the underside of the bus (see details below)
  2. batch codes that contain 08-20 as shown below are not affected - no further action is required
  3. for all other batch codes, please check the head attachment is secure on the passengers
  4. if you discover a loose head, please keep it away from your child and contact our customer service team who will organise a replacement part free of charge

The batch code is located on the base of the box and the underside of the upper deck on the bus:

This product was sold through The Entertainer and Mothercare stores and websites from May 2019. No injuries have been reported relating to the use of this toy.
